The front face is made of U.S. Custom 455 Steel, with a gradient of 1.8mm thick at the edges and 2.1mm in the center, while the second face is a constant 1.8mm thick and is supported by two vertical columns to promote stability. On contact with a golf ball, the front face is pushed backward, compressing the TPE material and rear face, creating a high-pressure state which causes a rebound effect that results in increased ball speeds.
